The Mixtape Table is a prototype for a coffee table that was created by Jeff Skeirka. The prototype shown is made of maple wood and is a 12:1 scaled replica of a cassette tape; you know those things before CD’s became cool. One neat feature is that it has an A & B side to the tape just like an actual tape making the table reversible. This project has already been in the works for 5 years but hopefully soon it will make it to production for consumer purchase. The model available for purchase through Jeff’s website will be made of plywood instead of maple but still have the glass top. You can email Jeff at firstname.lastname@example.org to get more information about the table as well as be put on the mailing list to keep up with the timeline for production.
